commission terms

- Who owns the rights to the artwork?

I own all the rights to any artwork I produce unless an agreement is reached and the rights are paid for.

- What is your revision policy?

Revisions are allowed within reason (2-3 maximum) provided that your inital prompt was well-detailed and reference images were provided. Further revisions are available for a small fee.

- What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. In the case that a commission is taking a longer time than expected, the option to refund may become available if no other compromise can be reached.
No refunds once the coloring process has been started, and all refunds past the sketch phase will have the flat price of the sketch deducted as payment for my time.
